Market Exclusivity (Optional)

Zaverno offers market or category exclusivity as an optional add-on (Growth and Authority plans only).
For an additional $2,500 monthly fee, Zaverno will not work with companies operating within the same defined market + product category during the active subscription period.

Onboarding and Workflow
New engagements typically begin with a short discovery conversation to understand your company’s marketing priorities and immediate writing needs.
Once a subscription is activated, you will receive access to your dedicated job request board where requests can be submitted and organized.

Revisions

Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions operate on a monthly billing cycle.
Clients may cancel at any time, and service will continue through the end of the current billing period.
Because work begins as soon as requests are submitted, refunds are not issued once a billing cycle has started (but don’t worry… you wont want one).
